Branded Residence Highlight I Four Seasons Private Residence Las Vegas
To say Vegas is growing is not the right word. Vegas is completely changing and creating a new identity for itself.
I’ve been keeping a watch from afar and see Vegas as a market that has the potential to evolve into something spectacular. Major studios like Sony and Warner Brothers have already publicly shared they are bringing film studios to the area, and F1 has planted its feet firmly.
In seeing the landscape shift and change, I’ve noticed a new level of sophistication coming in to Las Vegas. Four Seasons is bringing an entirely new way to live. Close enough to the strip, but far enough away and secluded in privacy where you feel completely separate.
There will be two buildings which are standalone meaning there is no hotel component. This is ideal for owners wanting privacy and more of a residential feel vs the action and movement you see in a hotel (especially one in Vegas!).
One of the things I appreciate the most design wise is that there will be stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip from every Residence, and with only 171 homes spread across two buildings there is breathing room.
Location wise checks all the boxes, just 10 minutes from Henderson Executive Airport and 20 minutes to the pulse of the strip you’re removed yet close. Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas is offering spaces up to 8,350sf including two Penthouses and private outdoor balconies up to 3,650sf in every Residence.
With just one other Branded Residence in Las Vegas, the Waldorf Astoria residences (formally Mandarin Oriental), Vegas has the potential to position itself to add even more Branded Residences to its landscape. Four Seasons has always been a pioneer in the Branded Residence space and is a big sign that this city is just getting started.
